PlanRight, is a planning tool that extends Xero Practice Manager.
There are two sync modes to allow you to choose how Xero Practice Manager syncs to PlanRight allowing our users to stick to their current workflow process but still benefit from PlanRight’s strengths.
You can choose to do all of your planning in PlanRight, using the jobs and staff from Xero Practice Manager. Or if you have done all of your planning in Xero Practice Manager already you can use PlanRight for visualising and communicating that workload.
Two way data syncing with options allows customisation in each sync mode as well.
Automatic set and forget allows regular syncing of data and manual syncing options allow you to always be in control of your data.

Who is PlanRight for?
PlanRight is ideal for anyone using WorkflowMax (WFM) or Xero Practice Manager (XPM) who wants the ability to schedule their staff, view capacity and make meaningful real-time resourcing decisions. With customers across a range of sectors from Accounting and Architectural to Technology and Trades, PlanRight offers a range of sync options and customisable filters meaning that almost anyone can plan right.
Can I use PlanRight if I don't currently use WorkFlowMax or Xero Practice Manager?
No. PlanRight is currently designed to only sync Job and task data from WorkFlowMax or Xero Practice Manager. However this means your workflow manager and job scheduling are seamlessly integrated.
Is there a limit to how many staff can be managed in PlanRight?
You can schedule 1 - 150 staff in PlanRight. Get in touch with us if you want to schedule more than that.
Does PlanRight have reporting?
PlanRight has basic reporting functionality. Export the schedule to PDF or export the forecast to PDF or .csv.
Does PlanRight have a mobile app?
No we don't yet have a mobile app. However we are cross-browser friendly including mobile browsers, but we recommend only viewing on a mobile browser.
Do I have to input my credit card details up front?
No. Your 14-day trial of PlanRight is absolutely free. You will not be asked for credit card details during your trial period. At the expiration of your trial, you will be taken to the billing page and if you’re ready to subscribe simply select the right plan for your team and follow the prompts.
